2. What data we process and why

  • Processing your order (payment, shipping, tracking, returns, warranty): name, delivery address, e-mail, phone number (if provided), order data. Card data is processed directly by the payment provider; we do not see your card details. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
  • Handling enquiries, complaints and withdrawals: name, e-mail, order number, content of your message. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (ç)).
  • Accounting and taxes: invoice and payment data. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)).
  • Fraud prevention and shop security: IP address, device information, order data. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
  • Analysis of shop use (Shopify statistics; Microsoft Clarity session analysis and heatmaps, only if it is active in the shop): pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, device and browser data, cookie identifiers. Legal basis: your consent to statistics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Measuring and optimising our advertising (Meta pixel and similar cookies): cookie identifiers, pages viewed, purchase events. Legal basis: your consent to marketing cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Marketing e-mails: only if you have subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effects for you. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Recipients

  • Shopify (shop platform, hosting, payments via Shopify Payments).
  • PayPal, if you choose this payment method.
  • Dropshipping supplier and transport companies (CJ Dropshipping and logistics and delivery service providers): receive your name, address and phone number for delivery, and customs authorities where required for import.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), only if you consent to marketing cookies.
  • E-mail and shipment tracking services we use to answer you and to inform you about your order.
  • Other Shopify apps installed in the shop (for example discount and cart apps), insofar as they are involved in your visit or order.
  • Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), only as described in section 2.
  • Review tools in the shop, only if you submit a review (name, e-mail and content of the review).
  • Tax advisers and authorities, where required by law.

4. Transfers to other countries

Our company and several of our service providers are located outside the EU/EEA and outside Turkey (USA, Canada, China). Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, on standard contractual clauses or, where necessary to deliver your order, on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 9(6)(b) KVKK. 5. Storage period

We store order data for as long as the applicable commercial and tax retention periods require, and enquiries for as long as needed to handle them. Data based on your consent is stored until you withdraw your consent or it expires (at the latest after 12 months).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and in Turkey the rights under Art. 11 KVKK. Write to us with your order number at contact@visionbrix.com. You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country of your habitual residence (in Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Board, KVKK).

7. Cookies and consent

On your first visit we ask which cookies we may set. "Reject" and "Accept" are offered with equal prominence. We set strictly necessary cookies without consent (for example _shopify_essential, cart, cart_currency, localization and the cookie that stores your choice). We set statistics and marketing cookies only with your consent: Shopify (_shopify_analytics, _shopify_marketing), Meta (_fbp, _fbc) and, if active, Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk). We store your choice for up to 12 months; you can change it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

8. Children

Our products are toys, but the shop is aimed at adults who buy for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
