PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment
For online payments, the total order amount will be charged to your credit card upon completion of your order.
In the event of order cancellations due to possible stock issues or other reasons, refunds will be processed and credited back to your credit card within 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Delivery
We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible after order confirmation.
For all orders shipped within the United Kingdom, the estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days, as stated on the product detail page. In case of any potential delivery delays, customers will be informed accordingly.
To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please make sure that you provide a valid and complete UK delivery address where you can be reached during business hours.
Orders are processed according to the delivery method selected at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days.

Shipping services are currently available within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Tracking
If the payment system is unable to complete the transaction for any reason, the customer will be notified on the payment confirmation page.
In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer who placed the order will be contacted.
The validity of the email address provided by the customer is confirmed through an automatic confirmation email sent after the order is placed.
We hold responsibility for the successful processing of orders both to our customers and to the payment service providers used during checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please inspect your package in the presence of the delivery carrier upon receipt. If you believe that the package has been damaged during shipment, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report from the shipping carrier.
Once the package has been accepted, it is deemed that the shipping carrier has fulfilled its delivery obligation.
If the product is damaged:
Please send the damage report as soon as possible to contact@visionbrix.com.
Once these steps are completed, we will initiate the necessary procedures and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If you briefly explain the reason for the return or damage in your email, it will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
